On March 15, 2011, the founding pastor’s wife, Mrs. Pauline Poovey, went to be with the Lord Whom she loved so much! At 81 years young, Sister Poovey graduated to Heaven to see, not only her wonderful Saviour, but her dear husband, Pastor Ben Poovey. Both of these dear servants of the Lord invested almost half a century in the establishment and development of the Faith Baptist Church.
